My name is Kimberly Carter and I am the owner of Fuller and Company, a professional consulting and grant writing firm. Fuller is my maiden name and the name that shaped me into the woman I am today so I felt it only fitting to get back to my roots with this new chapter of my career. I was born and raise don Chambers County, AL and spent almost a decade of my professional career working there in the economic and community development sectors. As I have grown, I have realized that community development is a great passion of mine. Growing up in a small town, I understand the firsthand impact of new utilities, playgrounds, industrial sites for job creation and more. My approach is simple: relationships.

I am married to Chad Carter and we have three beautiful little girls. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time on Lake Martin, shopping, and doing whatever my kids want to do.
