Fuller & Co. is the brainchild of Kimberly Carter. Growing up in rural Alabama with parents who owned a forestry business for over 30 years taught me the importance of grit, perseverance and stepping outside of my comfort zones to get things done. Through my experience in the public sector, Kimberly has seen firsthand the ripple effects of small town successes impacting the lives of future generations.

Jobs allow residents to buy homes, create additional sales tax and support small businesses. I understand the impact of a new recreational softball field for kids to play t-ball. Fuller & Co is a family owned consulting firm that provides grant sourcing, writing and execution; strategic plan evaluation, research, and planning; and advisement services to nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and school districts seeking to close gaps.
